At Monkey Puzzle Stafford, we provide delicious, fresh and nutritionally balanced meals for our babies, toddlers and pre-school children. Our aim is to develop a lifelong habit of healthy eating and give our children the best possible start in life.

Our experienced on-site chef Ewa uses meals in our menus that have been developed by Judy More. Judy More is a registered dietician and registered nutritionist specialising in child nutrition. Judy has previously worked for the NHS and chaired the Paediatric Group of the British Dietetic Association, furthermore she teaches and writes books and articles on nutrition. We provide our children with 3 meals throughout the day, as well as a mid-morning and afternoon snack.

Breakfast

We all know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. So, to get our children off to a flying start, we offer a variety of non-sugared cereals and wholemeal toast, enough to keep them energised until snack time.

Mid-Morning / Afternoon snack

A selection of fresh fruits and healthy snacks are served to give our children a healthy boost along with a choice of either milk or water.

Lunch and Tea

We offer two hot meals every day, which consist of nutritionally balanced vitamins and nutrients to encourage healthy growth and development. To accompany the hot meals, the children are served with delicious desserts. We provide a standard meal option, a vegetarian option and an alternative option.

Please note that we cater for all allergies and intolerances and meals will be adapted to suit each individual need.

All meals are prepared and cooked in our nursery kitchen on-site. We are proud to have a Food Hygiene Rating of 5!
